Return Policy

Cancellation and Returns Policy

It is very important for me to ensure that all my customers are 100% happy with their purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your new painting, you can return it and get a full refund.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason for up to seven days from the date that you received the shipment.

If you do have a problem please contact me as soon as possible (Ivana Olbrichtova , Lysica 47, Bela-Lysica, Slovakia, mail: info@ivanaolbrich.com). If you decide to return an item, you will need to confirm it in writing, either by email or post. If you wish you can use the form at the bottom of the page, but it is not mandatory.

Please note that refunds cannot be given after the 7 days notice period.

Upon cancellation I will reimburse all payments I have received from you, after I received the returned painting.
Items must be in their original state. You are responsible for ensuring the item is returned to Ivana Olbricht in its original state and without any damage in original box and packing material.  Delivery charges are not refunded. Ivana Olbricht will refund the cost of the item in full, however, please note that if you paid for the item using PayPal, PayPal may charge you for return of funds and any charge incurred is not covered by Ivana

Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer and all items must be returned in the condition in which they were received.
The shipping cost for the return has to be paid by you.

What to do when a package is damaged?

I pack the paintings securely. If in the unlikely event, you notice that the package is damaged upon delivery, you can either refuse the shipment or you can have the delivery company mark the tracking as received damaged, subject to further inspection. Please file the claim immediately. You also must keep all boxes and packing material. Please take photos of the damaged package and send them to Ivana with the information of your actions on it.

Shipping:

* cost of the shipping depends on the country of delivery and it is visible after adding the product to the cart.
* The painting is sent with a tracking number.
* Artworks are dispatched within 1-5 working days from Slovakia
* Worldwide shipping usually takes 4-10 working days, according to the shipping location.
* I can combine multiple items depending on the size of each artwork.

NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
* Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
